* Update Homepage
* Add Changelog
* Convert to pytestCheckHook
* Remove buildInputs, corrected to propagatedBuildInputs or checkInputs as appropriate.
  This caused downstream failures because some required packages were not in the runtime closure (PYTHONPATH).
