Bjørn Forsman 81de55118d eclipse: add aliases for "latest" versions ...

Add aliases like "eclipse-cpp = eclipse-cpp-46" so that user
configurations can point to "eclipse-cpp" and have it not regularly
break as nixpkgs is updated.
