+但真正的二维 SiC 材料很难被做出来。
+本论文通过 wet exfoliation 制造出了 2D SiC。
+制造出来的 2D SiC 稳定，且没有裂解的迹象。
+2D SiC 的拉曼也显示出不同于 3D SiC 的结果。
+我们研究了厚度和 longitudinal optical (LO) Raman mode 之间的关系。
+同时发现，2D SiC 可以发出可见光。
